1. Choose the desired date range
2. Choose Black and white for easier reading
3. Choose Print end times if desired
4. Total printed pages you can expect based on content and settings
5. Ignore the video meetings created by default
6. When ready press print (not using Chrome?)

3. Print button (or Cancel)

1. Under the Agenda tab choose  the desired calendar for printing
2. Click the Print icon

Follow the steps for printing either the Schedule or Agenda.

• Printing from the print preview will generate a PDF file.
• You will either be prompted to save the PDF
• or the PDF will appear in the browser window from which you can print or save the PDF.
