This information applies to students of CECO and CIA Parent accounts. If you are a CIA student or employee this will not apply.
- Enter your username (not your email address)
- Select "Password Reset"
- Enter your email address
- Select"Send"
- a Password Reset email will be sent with a temporary link to change your password.
Please remember to use the email address you used to submit your Pre-College or CE application.
The Password Reset link expires after 60 minutes. It is best to reset the password right away or you will need to request another reset link.

The email will come from Web with the subject "myCIA Password Reset Request," and the email address will be [email protected].
If you don't see the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
You may also login to my.cia.edu and change your password at any time.
