This information applies to new CIA students during StART.
- Enter your username found in the stART announcement email. (not your email address)
- Click "Password Reset"
- Enter the email address you used when you applied to CIA.
- Select "Send"
- A Password Reset email will be sent with a temporary link to change your password.
Please remember to use the email address you used to submit your application.
The Password Reset link expires after 60 minutes. It is best to reset the password right away or you will need to request another reset link.

The email will come from Web with the subject "myCIA Password Reset Request," and the email address will be [email protected].
If you don't see the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
