These instructions are for a personal device. Contact support.cia.edu if your CIA issued device is not connecting to a wifi network.
If you have recently updated your password, and need to update the WiFi Profile on your iOS device (either your iPhone/iPad), you FIRST need to delete the old profile! Read on to learn more.

Step 1: Enter Settings

Step 2: In Settings, click General
Step 3: In General Settings, click Profile. This option is only available if you have the profile installed. It is toward the bottom.

Step 4: With the CIA WiFi profile selected, click Delete Profile. Perform any passcode or pop-up requests that appear. The Profile will disappear afterward.
