This information applies to students of CECO. If you are a CIA student or employee this will not apply.
Log into myCIA at my.cia.edu/ceco
- After logging in
- Select the User Account icon
- Select My profile & settings from the pop up.
- Choose the Password & privacy Tab
- Expand Change Password
- Enter your current/Old password (you are logged in so you should know it. If your browser remembers it for you then you will need to use the forgotten password method.)
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Create a Hint question and answer for added security
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save
After saving the new password the page will refresh.
At the top of the page the confirmation "Password Changed." will appear
After logging into your myCIA account and navigating to My Profile and Settings> Password & Privacy
- Expand Change Password
- Enter your password Hint Question
- Enter your Hint Answer
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save
