- Select 'LOGIN' to expand the taskbar
- Enter your username (not your email address)
- Select "Password Reset"
- Enter your email address
- Select"Send"
- a Password Reset email will be sent with a temporary link to change your password.
Remember to use the email address where you received the account information email

The email will come from Web with the subject "myCIA Password Reset Request," and the email address will be [email protected].
If you don't see the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
You may also login to my.cia.edu and change your password at any time.
The Password Reset link expires after 60 minutes. It is best to reset the password right away or you will need to request another reset link.
- Enter your New Password of 9-15 characters
- Enter your New Password as confirmation
- Select 'Reset'
