No one else should know your passwords. Never share your password in an email. IT can help you reset a password. Microsoft 365 allows you to manage your CIA password.

Resetting your password requires setting up Password Recovery Options including questions.
- Go to microsoft365.com
- Type in your username, select Next.
- Type in your current password, click continue.
Open your account information
- Select the user icon in either the Lower Left Corner or Top Right
- Select 'View account'
Scroll down to Password
- Select 'Change Password'
- Enter 'New password' and 'Confirm new password'
- Select 'Submit'
- Success, password Changed
- Select 'Done'
- You will now see that you have moved to the Security info section of your account settings.
- An alternate method for changing your password is to go directly to Security info and Choose Change in the Password details row.
