Go to microsoft365.com
Options for verification. You will choose one and verify then be asked to choose the second and verify again.

For this example I chose to enter
- Verification code from the Authenticator App
- Security question answers (Your questions may be different than the ones shown. When created the minimum number of questions is five. Answer the questions)
- Enter your new password
- Confirm your new password
- Select 'Finish'
