All students are issued college ID cards and are required to carry them at all times. Upon request, students are required to provide IDs to college officials, including Resident Assistants. Students are not permitted to let others use their ID card for any purpose. Doing so is a violation of the Student Code of Conduct.

Students experiencing ID card access issues should visit the Facilities Office. Students experiencing issues with CaseCash should visit the Student Engagement and Residence Life Office.

Students who lose their ID card must notify the Facilities Office ([email protected]) to begin the process of deactivating the card to prevent unauthorized use. If a card is stolen, students should also notify CIA Safety + Security.

ID cards can be replaced, for a fee, at Access Services in CWRU's Tinkham Veale Center. Upon receiving a new ID card, students must visit the Facilities Office to reactivate their CIA access.
