5.5 Lockers + Storage

Community members do not receive automatic access to lockers or storage areas. Any storage provided to clients is evaluated and approved on a case-by-case basis.  

Approved storage is temporary and is limited to the duration of the approved project. Storage must also be cleared immediately following project completion or booking end. Storage locations, access permissions and duration will be defined in writing at the time of approval. 

Usage Guidelines 

The following items may not be stored in lockers or storage areas under any circumstances: 

  • Food or beverages 

  • Perishable items 

  • Hazardous materials 

  • Liquids or substances that could leak or cause damage 

  • Flammable, combustible or pressurized materials 

Users are responsible for securing stored items. IML is not responsible for lost or stolen items or damage to client-owned property stored on site.  

Enforcement + Clean Out Policies 

All stored items must be removed by the approved end date. Items left beyond the approved storage period may be removed, disposed of, or returned at the user’s expense.
