Job Sign up
Every seller is required to work at the sale
- Go to the Student Holiday Sale Campus Group page
- Open the sign up form from the Side Menu
- or Open the sign up form from the link under "Sale Tasks/Jobs Sign-up and Schedule" box

- Scroll through the available jobs
- Pay attention to the Date and Time
- Each job will list the number of openings and a basic description of duties
- Choose the required number of jobs indicated this year (signed up worker names will also be visible here)
- Select "Submit and Sign Up"
The sign up will require your name and email address.
- Your job choice details
- Your personal information (use your student email address)
- Select "Sign Up Now"
- The Confirmation Screen will appear with your job choice details
- Check your Student email for a confirmation email listing your job choice details

After Sign up you may edit your Job Choices.
- Use the confirmation email link "View Sign Up" or
- Open the Sign Up form in the Student Holiday Sale myCIA Campus Group
- Select the "change your sign up" link
- If you created a password for SignUpGenius choose "I signed up as a... member"
- Otherwise choose "... without a SignUpGenius account"
- And enter your student email address
- Select "Send Me an Email"
- You will then see a message informing you to check your email for the edit link

- The email will provide links to edit your job choices
- Select the desired Sign Up to edit

Once on the Sign Up edit page you are able to:
- Update the Comment, Quantity, Name, or Phone fields
- "Delete" the Sign Up (you will need to sign up for a different time if you are not signed up for the required number of jobs)
A confirmation will appear
- Provide a brief explanation for the "cancellation"
- Choose "Yes-Delete"
- A confirmation message of the Sign Up deletion will appear above the Sign Up form
- Any of your remaining jobs will still be listed
- An email confirmation of your Job Choice will be sent
You can now Sign Up for a new job if necessary.
