No one else should know your passwords. Never share your password in an email. IT can reset help you reset a password. OneLogin has been provided as a tool for managing your CIA password.

- Go to microsoft365.com
- Type in your username, select Next.
- Type in your current password, click continue.
Open your account information
- Select the user icon in either the Lower Left Corner or Top Right
- Select 'View account'
Scroll down to Password
- Select 'Change Password'
- Enter 'New password' and 'Confirm new password'
- Select 'Submit'
- Success, password Changed
- Select 'Done'
- You will now see that you have moved to the Security info section of your account settings.
- An alternate method for changing your password is to go directly to Security info and Choose Change in the Password details row.
(this will pop up the 'Change your password' window from steps 7 and 8.)
Step 7: Finally visit student.cia.edu and login with your new password to verify your new password is in sync with Google.
